Your warranty will be honored
We are an authorized retailer for every brand we sell. This is why a service request  under warranty from a product bought from us will be honored by the manufacturer.

Return Period
We accept product returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unused condition with original packaging and tags to be eligible for a return.

Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us through our email contacto@stereoshopusa.com. We will send you detailed instructions for returning your item.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, including purchasing and paying for the return shipping label, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product covered by our return or warranty policies.

Refund
Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved.
